			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>2009年，对我来说，是不平凡的一年，在这一年里，我完成了很多人生中的大事，结交了很多值得用心去交往的兄弟..</p>
<p>2008年11月换工作到现在的公司，在很多方面都给自己带来了改变，学到了很多东西，个人能力也得到很大提升，认识了并结交了很多朋友。在这一年多的日子里，我只能像回放电影一般在脑海中浮现散碎的时光影像：</p>
<blockquote><p>做同一产品线的兄弟居然是一个大学的校友；周二上海去金华的动车；周五金华回上海的动车；在动车上和周小肥为了玩实况将两个笔记本的电量耗完；金华的夏夜和老范小石头在拍档边吃着小龙虾喝着当地双鹿啤酒的畅爽时光；每周三上午10点-12点准时召开的产品会，上海金华两地的业务，市场，产品，技术济济一堂；被通知去金华出差要穿正装时的震惊和日后的平静；在金华八一南街的泡泡KTV中撕心裂肺的嚎叫；7月的ChinaJoy；9月在浙江花溪的那次集体活动；终于搞完的那一届产品部“搞完杯”实况大赛；与波波、总统等对互联网的闲聊&#8230;&#8230;</p></blockquote>
<p>2009年2月终于下定决心在上海买了一个属于自己和宝宝的小窝，从此，在上海少了一份漂泊感，多了一份归属感。12月初回老家举行婚礼，非常感谢父母为了这场婚礼付出的辛劳，父母永远都是我坚强的后盾。婚礼后我们又马不停蹄的去了云南，从昆明直接去了丽江，住在客栈里，看到了传说中的丽江古城，爬到了巍峨的玉龙雪山山顶，骑着马儿走了一趟史书中记载的茶马古道，乘着小船看着拉市海的云淡风轻&#8230;</p>
<p>2010年1月，终于开始了艰苦的装修工作，由于工作太忙很多事情都是宝宝在操办，心中很是有些过意不去。幸苦了，宝宝！</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>最近看到这么一篇介绍腾讯的产品管理，与在腾讯的朋友也就这个问题沟通过，感觉到他们在产品管理上的确有着自己的一套方法：</p>
<p>1、设置一个质量监控小组，由经验非常丰富的高Level的产品人员构成，赋予他们很大的权力，去监控和规范所有的产品项目。并且用KPI来制约产品项目服从这些规范。为了不搞教条主义，很多规范都是在立项之初，由项目经理和这个小组共同确认的，未必是硬性指派，一经确认就受到严格监控。确保好的规范不流于空喊口号。</p>
<p>2、每个产品都设置公开的反馈论坛，突出外部入口，积极征询用户意见，并以内部轮班方式回复“每一条”有价值的反馈，要求以“人对人，面对面”的沟通态度来进行解答，禁止机械问答。公司高层（包括小马哥）不定期巡查每一个产品论坛，一旦发现有不认真回复用户的情况，立即予以训诫。确保产品人员与用户长期保持近距离接触。</p>
<p>3、每个产品都设置内部的交流平台，分为两部分，一块类似留言板，由产品主管发布项目的进度、动态；另一块是论坛，向公司内部所有人开放，接纳反馈。在腾讯内部已经形成了非常活跃的氛围，甚至以该平台人气高涨为荣（至少你主管会喜欢这个），利用这个平台跨项目提意见，或是项目组内部交流思维碎片都很常见，达到了群策群力，内部监督的效果。</p>
<p>4、设置产品架构师这样一个职位，由少数几个技术精英，负责所有项目的系统架构搭建，只搭架构，确保每个项目的底层合理性。</p>
<p>5、执行项目总结制度，在每个版本上线后，由相应的策划-开发-测试人员开一个会，每个人都总结在这个版本过程里，有什么心得，有什么失误，可以怎么改善，尤其注意改进三方人员的配合过程。用制度的方式来强制反省，强制跨职能沟通。几个版本下来，项目效率就会有明显的提高。</p>
<p>6、执行灰度发布政策非常之彻底，一个版本会经过若干级的内部测试，再向外部用户逐步放量升级，不断修正问题之后，最后进行大规模发布。确保提前发现问题，受影响的用户面尽可能小。与此同时，腾讯异常活跃的内部交流氛围，也能让产品在内部测试时得到较多专业反馈。</p>
<p>7、拥有背靠客户端，强大的数据挖掘功能，具体描述起来比较复杂，总之非常强大，数据细致到令人吃惊的地步。数据挖掘部门的地位也是相当高的。</p>
<p>8、设置对新人和新项目的风险管理机制，比如3个老程序员带1个新程序员，将技术管理和具体开发的工作彻底分离，每周进行代码走读，对新产品采取格外严格的测试安排等等，使得缺乏经验带来的技术损害被降至最低。</p>

<p>一些资料显示河马的平均寿命是20 &#8211; 40 年，喜欢栖息在水池、泥沼，晚间会上岸吃草。据说中非 Gabon（加蓬／加彭）有一群特别的河马生活在海边，闲来会跑出海中畅泳和冲浪。河马素好群居，性温和，不受挑战和激怒，很少有攻击人的行为。所以经常可以看到电视中很多河马居然和鳄鱼相安无事地一起生存在沼泽地里。 胖胖的河马擅长游泳，但是比较怕冷，喜温暖的气候。所以大多出现在热带地区和亚热带地区。它们的皮肤长时间离水会干裂，而生活中的觅食、交配、产仔、哺乳也均在水中进行。河马的潜水本领极高，能泡在水中数小时或数日，常常潜伏在水中，每隔3－5分钟到水面呼吸一次，最长能潜伏半小时。</p>

<p>自己一直以来也很喜欢河马这种动物，肥肥的憨憨的，尤其是硕大的一个头上挂着一双小小的耳朵和咪成一条缝儿的小眼睛，着实可爱。尤其是小河马宝宝跟在河马妈妈一起散步的样子最可爱。</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>对于一个产品人员而言，超强的产品设计能力虽然是很重要，但是跨部门沟通协作的能力同样重要，只是有时候的一些沟通真的就能从根上解决问题吗？</p>
<p>一个项目经过审核确认然后提交到技术那边之后，一般是技术总监分配给相应的项目经理，有可能是该项目对应的项目经理，有可能需要好几位项目经理的团队之间的配合。那么在开发过程中通常会遇到这样的一种情况，某个程序员说他只负责取数据，至于取到的数据对不对他不管，请产品人员自己去和跟这些数据相关的开发组沟通，如此一来，一个项目开发下来，产品人员几乎和所有相关的技术人员都“沟通”过，我个人觉得在这种情况下技术应该自己部门内部去协调沟通，而不是让产品人员挨个儿去“沟通”，这样做的最大弊端就是重复沟通导致的效率低下，最终导致项目延期，产品质量问题到底该由谁来承担呢？</p>
<p>当然我的意思并不是鼓励产品人员避免去和技术沟通，相反我觉得应该保持适当的沟通，但是如果做一些无谓的沟通，不仅对项目，对部门，乃至对于公司而言都是一种损失，至于损失到底有多大就不好在这里做评估了。</p>
<p>一句话，流程走顺一些，有责任感一些，很多事情都会很容易解决。</p>
<p>工作中的一点零碎的想法，随手就记录下来了。快到农历新年了，在这里也祝各位朋友新年快乐，钱包鼓鼓！</p>

<p>当初在<a href="http://www.google.com/calendar/">Google日历</a>中创建计划的时候，我就考虑到以后必定会遇到计划执行的一些难度，比如时间，精力，突发事件以及一些不好的习惯等等，那么如何能够顺利地执行好我的计划就成了必须解决的一个问题。在豆瓣里看到一本名为《习惯的力量》的图书，书里边谈到：</p>
<blockquote><p>我们缺少的正是能阐释“如何把那些成功所必需的事情坚持下来”的真正有价值的理论和帮助。也许我们过于在意那些优秀的人表现出来的天赋、智商、魅力和工作热情，而实际上，当我们把那些表现归纳的话，会发现实际上存在一个简单的要点：那就是习惯。我们每天高达90%的行为是出自习惯的支配。可以说，几乎在每一天、所做的每一件事，都是习惯使然。在我们的身上，好习惯与坏习惯并存，那么，惟一能够有效改变我们生活的手段便是去有效地改变我们的习惯。幸运的是，我们每个人都有这个能力。</p></blockquote>
<blockquote><p>毫无疑问，人就是一种习惯性的动物。有调查表明，人们日常活动的90％源自习惯和惯性。改变习惯（潜意识）才是问题的关键。我们要有意识地与潜意识进行沟通与交流，再对它进行必要的培训，最后才能生成一套新的潜意识的运行程序。</p></blockquote>
<p>很高兴能够发现一本可以给当前的我一些思维上指点的书，因为我还知道，少看电视多读书也算是一个好习惯。要知道，在方向正确的前提下，成功者与不成功者的区别，往往在于能否坚持不断，能否坚持到底。让习惯性动作植根于你的潜意识，行为变为习惯，习惯养成性格，性格最终决定命运。</p>

<p>The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen United States of America,</p>
<p>When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature&#8217;s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.</p>
<p>We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.</p>
<p>Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.</p>
<p>But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.</p>
<p>Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain [George III] is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.</p>
<p>He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.</p>
<p>He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained, and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.</p>
<p>He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.</p>
<p>He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.</p>
<p>He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.</p>
<p>He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the meantime exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.</p>
<p>He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.</p>
<p>He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.</p>
<p>He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.</p>
<p>He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.</p>
<p>He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies, without the consent of our legislatures.</p>
<p>He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.</p>
<p>He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:</p>
<p>For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:<br />
For protecting them by a mock Trial from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:<br />
For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:<br />
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:<br />
For depriving us in many cases of the benefits of Trial by Jury:<br />
For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences:<br />
For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:<br />
For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:<br />
For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.<br />
He has abdicated Government here by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.<br />
He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.</p>
<p>He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of cruelty and perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.</p>
<p>He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.</p>
<p>He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.</p>
<p>In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms. Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.</p>
<p>Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our British brethren.</p>
<p>We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us.<br />
We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here.<br />
We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence.<br />
They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.</p>
<p>We, therefore, the Representatives of the United States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by the authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare.</p>
<p>That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown,</p>
<p>and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain is and ought to be totally dissolved;</p>
<p>and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce,</p>
<p>and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do.</p>
<p>And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.<br />
